Excellent learning curve

Very Racist

No room for growth if you are not white. You will be treated like a child, no cellphones allowed during working hours. Your coworkers will watch your every move and make you feel very uncomfortable. They pass remarks about you.

Excellent work ethic

Every day I have a routine to see if all the backups of the night before where successful if not find a solution. I am a team player I loved working with the team due to everyone being on the same work ethic level. I was successful in all tasks assigned to me though some where challenging, the team and management where more than willing to give a nudge in the right direction as this was beneficial to the company as a whole. I learned how to communicate better with tough clients and how to keep the happy clients more happy to stay aboard.

Pros: Great opportunity to further ones studies
Cons: Overtime more than necessary
