In the beginning everything was sort of different from what I was used to

But not the less I manage to make an impression on my direct line manager...one of the directors he was gard and load but fair. The other 9ne I did not lime so much. While he was there I manage to to find my feet and get in with the flow and feel of the place. For so.e reason I just didn't seen to fit there but I ignored and went on day by day and year by year and eventually all wheels came of the bus... none the less I learned a great deal at the company if u can look past all the red tape and judging eyes then its a good company to build experience en grow knowledge and feel of the place. Pros: Pay is relatively okayiesh but dont get on the bad side of the one director that's left.
Cons: Red tape, politics, bullshit from top management and the fact that the new partner busy making the company 100% black there is difficult times laying ahead...if not already started.

Good working environment

It is a good company to work for but under pays people. seniors are good people, and there have less opportunities in the company. i would recommend the company to someone who wants to learn about telecommunication

Career path

It a small company but with no specific kips. No day to day duties and no proper communication between seniors and stuff at large. Things are not properly communicated to the stuff
