Excellent learning curve

I was a call planner under dell computers. Dell computers was hired by Bytes technology solutions (IT industry). My duties was: call planning, collect calls from bytes, arrange calls for our engineers who fixes our client's dell machines, inform our clients that I will be sending the engineer at the certain time, connect clients with the engineer for directions and agreement of time, closing of calls after the engineer fixed tge machine of client l, paperwork, send report to management and bytes. I really enjoyed my work.we were the good team I have learnt a lot about IT and help dest at tge same time, even learnt about management because i used to be alone in the office sometimes and handle all the office duties which was very challenging

Pros: Great opportunity for learning different criteria
Cons: Long working hours

Business adminisration

• Arranging Collection • Updating the customers about the order status • ETA’s spreadsheet • Prioritization of the orders • Assist Switchboard, filling, Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, Order office supplies, Book travel arrangements, Provide general support to visitors. -I really enjoy working with a people. - I have learned managerial skills, business decision making skills, communication skill -I enjoy working with a team The most Challenge effecting my work as a business admin, is executives taking on too much workload and not realizing there isn’t enough time in anyone’s calendar, to make it happen.

Dell computers is a great place to work at.

On a typical day we would diagnose anything from fax to working stations telephones.Relationship with my co workers was good learnt a lot about people because we not dealing with 1 person a day you will find that 6 or more tickets were logged and everyone of them wants his or her ticket to be of urgency.i enjoyed the atmosphere hence being a contractor never bothered me

Cons: Yes as,a contracted your made aware of long hours that you might be asked to work
