Great place to learn about food saftey and risk assessment and prevention

The company is great with an average work life balance. It is a family owned business therefore chances of promotion are minimum as the family falls part of the management team. They ensure to personally know everyone so you are never just a number there, they know every single employee in their team.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: Hours are a bit long sometimes

Horrible experience

My tax and Unemployment Fund wasn’t paid over. You’re taken advantage of at this company with no appreciation to all the hard work you put in. You’re paid late and work long hours with no benefits or a simple “Thank you”. Managers and boss lie to you and are always looking to manipulate and make you unhappy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone work there.

Pros: You can leave after you’re finished with your work.
Cons: Long hours, taken advantage of, horrible working environment, constantly lied to from managers, paid late, aren’t appreciated, horrible experience.
