Gain of experience

There is no structure or order to the company I work for and is very chaotic on a daily basis. Maintenance jobs can't be done on time because the maintenance team are always sent to make deliveries. The salary is also very low for the amount of work that is done. Co-workers are friendly and are pleasant to work with. The most challenging aspects of the job is getting maintenance done when there is no proper equipment or stock of anything needed. The aspect that i enjoy the most is being a team leader and being able to motivate my team to get the job done. A company that has some sort of structure would be more pleasant to work for.

Pros: Gaining experience and communicating with people of different cultures
Cons: long working hours, maintenance work hardly completed due to maintenance team being used for unrelated work by the factory manager.

Excellent learning curve

I worked long hours. Never looked at the time Hardly took lunch time. Overseen the dispatch Receiving area. Over seen maintenance of trucks Where needed I was available If drivers were short i assist with delivery Packed if needed I need to get paid according to the input Worked overtime never paid But I needed a job hence pushed to get job done

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

I HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH MY CO WORKERS WE WORK AND SOLVE PROBLEMS AS A TEAM WE HANDLE PRESSURE AND STRESS WITH GREAT CONFIDENCE IN ORDER TO SUCCEED.I ENJOYS WORKING WITH MANY TASKS AT THE SAME TIME , SO MY DAY IS FULL OF WORK , I HAVE LEARNT TO WORK WELL UNDER PRESSURE , I HAVE ALSO LEARNT TO HANDLE SITUATIONS IN THE CORRECT MANNER , THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT FOR ME WOULD BE LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM CO WORKERS

Excellent learning curve

Typical works days are normal.Having great co-workers with great hearts.Patient with arriving stuff.Working here is a great experience,making me to learn more things.How to put customers first before myself.Knowing that the customers are always right and thus humbling yourself before customers.Serving customers is a great experience,makes you enthusiestic to serve them.Most challenging thing is having to struggle with transport as its an hour away from home
