Fast paced and challenging, a very competetive environment but extremely rewarding

A typical day is planned for in advance long term planning includes new/ special product launches, Medium term planning deals with inbound imports of products built by sister companies all around the globe. Short term planning deals with outbound logistics and booking and routing of national distribution of Defy Products. Daily Meeting with immediate reports about attendance, delays and possible problems. Health safety checks, Hyster checks, Stock levels reports, damage reports Disciplinary issues such hearings, warnings and investigations. Involves and depends on a lot of cohesion with other departments Working with a very strong unionised environment is challenging but finding a balance is very rewarding

Cons: often have to work during weekends

Excellent learning curve

Hoping this application will be taken into consideration. I'm a hardworking, honesty and a dedicated person working in maintenance department and doing all electrical duties including planned maintenance, repairs, services and monitoring all machines. Responsible for all break downs, fault findings and repairing all electrical appliances and I'm always of sober habit

Dedication is my key to sucess. i believe in doing things right the first time.

Working in this diverse environment has brought me lots of challenges, learning to cope with stress an work pressure has made me a better person. Working with different people an race groups makes me understand better about people. my job as a supervisor gave me a better understanding of the different aspects required by my employer.
