Excellent learning curve

I am enjoying working there, I have learnt a lot of things, and I am getting along with co-workers. The only problem is that there is no room for growth

No room for growth

I had started out in this company motivated and inspired up until June 2017 when my bosses left to Overseas. Now I work long hours without overtime payment. My work day is always hectic. There isn't a moments rest. Our co-workers have a good relationship with one another and we work well as a team. I do love my job - provided it is appreciated. My passion for numbers and accounts is what I love. The most challenging about my job recently is the long hours and the lack of appreciation. I have amazing bosses, however their move overseas as impacted us all in a bad way.

Cons: Long hours, no compensation
