Excellent learning curve

It a good company I have learnt a lot computer I have worked on excel,word,PowerPoint,emails.I worked on the HR drawing up contract,hiring,selections,ess,interviews. Team work,working under pressure,overtime challenges there is very few people that are skilled at the factory I end up having to assist people who are above my standard of employment

Good working experience

Working environment friendly and enjoy working as team. Also challenging and learnt good communication skills. Customers and visitors friendly. Punctuality, open minded employer. Professional behavior around workplace was good.

Learn new things now and then

Decorland is one of the best companies ,we deal with blinds and recently opened a clothing department.good quality produducts i must say nd most people seem to prefer us when it comes to buying of blinds

Excellent learning curve, best place to start, focused on many things not only sales

It has a broad learning skill and not only in sales I do Admin,stock control, customer servicr ,enquirers and customer data base where am not only focused on sales and customer orientation ... I get to do computer course which let's me focuse on Microsoft office ,excel and PowerPoint

Disciplined, dedicated and determined.

Being a people’s person I thrive off of the thrill of satisfying their needs in all aspects regards work. I am a firm believer that team work is dream work; as much as that is a cliche. Giving my utmost best to solve problems is a skill I have acquired through my experience working with people.

I learned a lot of things

I have started as a stock control and I grew up in the business till I reached the management position. I also achieved the best stock take results that's was never achieved before in the business history ( 100% ) I have taught my team to trust each other and the best result will come from there.

Excellent leaning view

Decorland is a good company I work well with my colleagues, we are very good in customer service that's what I learnt, what I enjoy the most is my department because I keep like it's my home everyday clean and tidy. The most challenging aspects of the job is when you deal with a difficult customer, is where I calm the customer down amd show him/her the accurate things

Excellent

Decorland is a company that deals with blinds and customer service on a daily basis we normal help customers with the type of blind they like to have in the houses options they can go for either they buy from the sales floor or we order from factory. My relationship with my co-workers is good am really learning a lot from them ,what am leaning at decorland is customer service on how to deal with customers paper work and best of all helping decorate a customers house with no experience you just match the colors and the customer is actually happy with your work .the challenging part is convincing difficult customer and also dealing with them but there is no work place that doesn't have it's own issues we just have to humble and deal with them calmly.

Pros: Building self confidence
Cons: One week in one week out
