Receiving Stock Packing Stocking Queries of Client Deliveries I have learned to work with all kind of different clients and queries the most I enjoyed is to work with clients and there Problems and working with my staff , we work together as a team . we listen to each others output and we work as 1 family most challenging is to deal with Difficult clients , but its worth every thing , when the client is happy the day is worth while

I am honest, good in time keeping and dedicated

Typing Customer service Invoicing Ordering Emailing Faxing Balancing stock ordering I am dedicated well spoken and well presentable ,good with helping customer complains, telephonically and directly,fast learner .

Pros: Fast learner and easy to communicate dedicated ,ambitious, go out of my way to do my job
Cons: Do not mind long hours have been in retail for many year understand the pressure that comes with the industry

Nothing in Life is inpossible to achieve

I am a Quick learner, Enjoy to work with people and under pressure. Always give 100%.Go that extra mile for the Company.Achieves high targets.Team work,Customer Service.Solving Problems,The challenge to obtain and learn about the field,wich interests me,will be an enormous reward.

Busy. Fast paced. Alot of stock movement. Goal orientated and target driven. Deadlines

Allot of pressure daily with deliveries customers and the receiving and despatcing of stock. Daily we deal with hundreds of customers. Daily stock counts and stock control sheets to be completed in order to maintain accurate stock levels it is a very fast paced environment where one should stay focused in order to stay on top of things

Pros: Well established company
Cons: Long working hours work every weekend

Aggravating

I would not prefer giving a review. I believe everyone experience things differently, and even though I did not have a good experience with the company, that doesn't mean other people will experience the same.

Hard worker & determined. Willing to learn & help where needed

Open Shop, staff meeting daily before opening. Load clients goods. Start stock counts,solve customers issues. Follow up on deliveries. Source stock. Liaise with staff & clients alike. Follow up on warehouse staff. Do not take any-one for granted.

Pros: No promotion options
Cons: Extremely long hours

Good to start to learn

Dont have much support from senior management. Team work is there nothing of. Its everyone for them self. If one person wants you out the company they work against you to get you out.

Running of a business

Working for Decofurn gave me the opportunity to run the store from A to Z. Duties included banking, stock take, maintaining inventory levels, loading of trucks, making sales targets, ordering of stock, daily, weekly, monthly staff meetings.

Learnt more systems

A typical week... Monday morning meetings whereby individuals who stepped over the line was wrapped over the knuckle and exposed. Micro managing is a complete downer for the effectiveness of the workplace. Call centre located on a floor with accountants and Top management. Created an environment on tension. You had to be quiet and restricted in your expression and tone
