I currently network at all levels, both locally and internationally.

Working with clients of with different requests and needs, We have to ensure that the get the best cost effective solution. We summarise daily on our SLA and the status of the project scope. Our morning brief is of solutions to the unforeseen challenges. The team is empowered to change areas of need with team agreement concensus. My successes is directly as a result of my team, Each of them knows their role in the organisation. I enjoy seeing sustainability in our clients. There are only challenges out of my control externally. At work we resolve challenges within an agreed time frame.

Excellent Networking structures

Briefing session every morning is all informative. The previous days reports are detailed with douth successes and challenges. The feedbacks is more of improvements and alinement to the slave. My team have a clear understanding of their role in the business. We work efficiently and effectively and have fun doing the tasks. Challenges are normally out of our control. Whoever we are multiskilled and there is always support

Pros: There is continous growth
Cons: new business development there's lots of competitiveness
