Excellent growth from registering wit ECSA to SACPCMP

Project engineering, contract management, project management, site and resident Engineer, site investigations, surveying, site supervision, site monitoring, site inspections, checking of rebar and steel, overseeing works on pipelines, mentoring of Contractor, managed and conducted site meetings, reports, maintained a site diary, manage material testing, issuing of site instructions, contract documentation and specifications, establish and monitor programmes. Monitored time, cost and quality. Costing, estimating and measurement of quantities, variation / works orders / compensation events, preparation and approval of payment certificates and invoicing. Excellent working relationship with Educated colleagues. Unpleasant working relationship with uneducated colleagues at some low engineering level.

Great Opportunity

I am currently working as the programme manager for the full revamp of liberty life head office and in doing so coming up with the new CI for their corporate propoerty portfolio. I am doing this work as an independent consultant through DEC. I was previously the Head of Capital Projects for Africa in Barclay/ Absa.

Pros: It's a great awesome opportunity but it's dependent on business case being approved
Cons: The board still has to approve the business case
