This job is really helping me to grow

The work place is awesome and the people are friendly. I have a great relationship with everyone and I really enjoy working there. The management is also great. They are very patient with me as I am still new and still learning how things are done there and learning the systems they are using, but apparently I have learnt everything there in a way that I run things on my own without supervision. But I think the possibility to grow there is very limited because its not really a big company, so while I'm still working there I'm just going to enjoy my life and give my best performance and help the company to grow.

Good opportunities

The first thing when i get to work yo do is tag to show i am present and then log in to the systems because my interactions show when i started working and that i have been doing all day. I then request for work from my te amo leader if my e-mails are empty. I load the insurance annexures in to the system, look for any chances the client could have made. See if there is a name change or if they changed their Límit. I also ttain New people on this. I do audits on a monthly basis and assist with logging reports to the researchers and deal with queries from The clients and researchers.

Pros: Great opportunity to increase my work knowledge and experience
Cons: Low salary, a person do not qualify to buy or rent anything with the salary given

Good skills enhancer. You learn much about the credit and insurance industries

Good place to learn about credit management and insurance however growth is limited. Internal staff is only considered for semi skilled jobs. I am vibrant, smart, educated and ambitious and constantly looking for ways to better my craft. I am an asset to any company that believes in me and grows me

I have gained alot of experience

I do not enjoy anything at my current job because I feel that people are not given a fair opportunity to be promoted, it feels like a certain is dorminating & given promotions & their opion alone counts.

Growing learning point

I learnt to mult tast with difference client books and industrys I worked as a team and would be counted on for assistance with new projects Always met target on a monthly basic even during hard time of Covid I work hard to grow with the company

Excellent learning industry

I have been at Debtsource for 4 years and now I believe I have acquired enough experience being a CRM Assistant and also in administration and it’s my time to grow in a different industry and learn more about the corporate world. I have w great customer service skills.
