Excellent environment to be more tolerant and become more disciplined

Too much pressured environment. Good team work with colleagues. Learned to be patient and understand other people's cultures. Enjoy helping consumers with their financial problems encountered. The consumer's problems can severely affect your life, even after work

Good learning curve

Helping clients who are over indebted to change their financial situation. Good relationship with co-workers. Just started the previous month and already the environment and co-workers are very accepting and willing to share their knowledge. Fun environment and motivating to perform better and exceed set targets.

Great working experience

Setting your own target No pressure from Supervisor, as long as the work is done. Great working experience. Relationship with coworkers was great. Be able to handle pressure as the workload is too much. Be self disciplined and punctual.

It Gives more experience.

I enjoyed talking to customer, i listen to their story and try all my possible best to help them out, sometimes it give job seen people happy, I was very close to my co-workers because we listened to each and help each other out in every way, we were like family, have learned more to my communication skills and improve in computer literacy, calling and talking to customer.

Learned a lot about debt review and the process

We call clients who request to be contacted for debt review. The colleagues were friendly and welcoming. The experience taught me to be sympathetic and have empathy. Learned a lot about debt review and the process. The challenging aspect about working there is there was favouritism and the calculation for commission was complicated. We submit a lot of applications but we did not get paid enough for them.

Cons: Salary was not fair

Working as a team

Having quality time to social with other colleagues learning more about different cultures and learning more about how to handle your debts an how to reduce unnecessary bdebts gives ability to work as team and know different things everyday
