I work Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 16:30 i enjoy these hours because some people are also interested wanting to join this Company flexi hours with no weekend people would die for that.I'm a Team Leader of 8/9 Agents and we have a very good relationship with each other we close and we work as a Team there is no I ,I would never exchange my Team for anything.I have learnt to understand each individual how they are.I have also learnt not to take sides treat them equal as they are co-workers to me.The challenging aspect I came across was when one of my Agent had a personal problem that affected the whole Call Centre and I had to have one on one with her and make her understand at the same time i was a difficult thing I ever done in my life. I enjoyed this area of expertise when following up on arrears and also liaising with Financial Institutions regarding the debtor’s tuition fees.

Pros: I started as a Consultant in 2010 and was promoted to be a Team Leader in 2013
Cons: we don't have long hours we work from 08:30-16:30

Relaxing environment with monday to friday as working days as well as office hours.

At debt tracker I work from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 16:30. This actually gives me time to spend time with my family as they stay away from where I stay. we work as a team with positive attitudes. I have learnt that at work it is better to ask questions to find out things than doing things you don not know.

Pros: getting commision
Cons: the commision is very little

Learning curve

Working at debt tracker is like working for a company that does not appreciate it employee, as a result the company does not give reasonable commission. A typical working day is when one comes to work knowing that there pis no improvement in the work that we agents are doing e.g working the same accounts even though one knows that there will be nothing to collect on. The guys that i worked with where good people who are not satisfied by the remuneration given by the company but keeps on working so to provide for their families. I have learnt to be patient as my older colleges have told me.the most challenging aspect of the job was collecting debts that we know will not bear any fruit but its the job.
