I have good relationship with co-workers as team we have achieved a lot.the most challenging part of my job is sick management of absenteeism in the Mining department Morning meeting with respective department which i must provide HR report and focus for the week,challenges and what coming at HR space,follow- up recruitment stages,Performance contracts,Talent cv,Employees queries

Senior HR Officer

I am in possession on National Diploma in Personnel Management and BTECH in Human Resources. I have 14 years work experience of which 8 years are Human Resources generalist. I started my career as Payment officer responsible for Government Employee pension payment at GEPF (National Treasury) in 20012.In 2006 I joined Molapo Techncology in Midrand HR officer to 2007. In June 2007 I joined Samancor Ferrometals at a Human Resources Practitioner Generalist I am currently working at Debeersgroup (Venetia Mine) as Senior HR Officer in 2013. And some of my responsibilities are: Talent management ,Recruitment ,Perfomance Mnanagement
