Easy come easy go. Employees not valued

There is no direction on how to handle work flow. Manager does not gear employees. Manager discusses employees personal issues with everyone. There's no trust and everyone pulls thier on way. Managers doors are closed to employees, there's no transparency.

Pros: Close to home
Cons: Work that is has no direction and ideas to make it better being denied

Excellent learning curve

DealerNet is a great company to work for, they care about their staff and are always willing to assist a staff member to grow. Honestly I wouldn't change anything at DealerNet except their location. rNe
