A great experience. Everyday is dynamic and requires one to be able to work in a fast paced environment. I get on well with people and I am able to produce good results. I received good feedback on my presentations and got invited to EXCO events.

Excellent Learning Curve

Although this company is not well equipped with a proper HR and Payroll team, the amount learnt was vast. The company consists of only one person managing 600 people with both HR and Payroll. The resources provided are minimal and the room for improvement and strategic growth is lacking. There is no room for growth, nor is there an executive team to strategise better department improvement and cost alliance.

Pros: No micro management
Cons: Lack of Resources, and Under Staffed
