Excellent learning curve

I am working at a very busy mine clinic were we conduct 50+ occupational medical surveillance screenings on a daily basis for new and existing employees. It is a very challenging working area as we have to work as a team from administrators, professional nurses to doctors and referrals to specialist. i have learnt a lot about the medical site of Occupational health, reporting of injury on duties and safety in general. what i enjoy most about my job is knowing that at the end of every day i make a differencee to the employees life with the knowledge i have or being able to help with their incident cases. the most challenging aspect of the job is to make sure that the control of all employees medical records is in order and up to date and to make sure that they are all medically fit to be on mine as it is a legal requirement.

Pros: tHERE IS NO OPPORTUNITY FOR PROMOTIONS
Cons: YOU SOMETIMES HAVE TO WORK LONG HOURS AND COME ON WEEKENDS TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL DATA IS CAPTURED ON THE SYSTEM

The job that you advertised looks very challenging and attractive. I would appreciate you to consider me as a candidate. Below are the reasons why I think I am the suitable candidate for this position. I am a good communicator and very computer literate with a positive outlook on life. Initiative to be driven to express my mindful attributes through a working environment. Also being able to adapt while learning is always a desire and I would also enjoy contributing in making the company more successful, in terms of status and growth.

Excellent in written and communicationg skills, computer literacy, microsoft,excel,power point

It is a large company with lot of contractors on site, working shifts 4 days in and 4 days off sometimes, good working relationship where we work for each other(swap shifts), Do not focus on the person but focus on your work. Having employees with health deviation resulting in unfit certificate where it will mean they without their job.

Lead by example

Am an employee who leads by example. A leader who makes sure things are done right the first time. Am a hands on the job type of a leader. Am always pn the job if needs arises. Am willing to assist anytime when ever am requested. Will always be available to mentor and coach colleagues if requested.

Exellent learning curve

My shift responsibilities are to maintain continuous power supply in high voltage substations, applying fault finding techniques, immediately repair, prioritize breakdowns to minimize costs and driven to a good safety and production standards. I do inspections and maintenance on transformers, compressors, switch gears, Power factors(capacitor banks), pumps(motors), installation of general electrical equipments like plugs, lights and wiring both LV and MV circuits.. I also do switching on 6.6kv, 22kv and 33kv circuits-Live chamber.

Pros: Great opportunity for leardership
Cons: Exposed to dangerous animals
