Quick learner and improvement

The job I am doing is much challenging. It needs patient and good manner. I am doing different kinds of things on a day and at the same time. I capture POD, I image them, I am doing access control moving up and down the steps from my capture room, I am filing, sending POD's back to customers, checking all imaged invoices done by night shift. I have a good relationship with other workers because sometimes they lost invoices and bring manual entrances on Delivery sheets, I use to accept that they are not fully trained on how to handle the waybills and invoices and how important they are. I have learnt a lot especially on PC because I use to ask IT in head office to assist me when I'm experiencing some problems but now it few I am asking thou it never took me even a year to understand what I am doing. I enjoy my when I am getting compliment from management about my improvement. I think anybody got his/her bad side but all is needed is due respect that how I act.

Pros: I started as a loader reporting on duty as early as 5am
Cons: I am working from 5:30am to 5:30pm

I learned all the basics of practical accounting and Pastel evolution here.

I started working as a night shift data Capturer and it was not that challenging as i worked alone all night, the only part that was not nice was having to sleep during the day. Got promoted to finance department and the transaction was a bit hard as i started working day. My body and mind were used to being active at night not day. At least it was not hard relating to people because of my personality. I remember after my probation my supervisor felt i was not there yet and they extended it to the 4th month. At first i was discouraged and felt like i couldn't do it, but motivated myself to keep going and it turned out very well at the end. My performance flew from the lower level to the upper level. I got more responsibilities and even manages to reach my target monthly. I get along very well with my colleagues. i enjoy clearing accounts and sorting out queries.

Pros: Great Platform to learn new things.
Cons: The company is not doing well financially

Good In Transportation

- Team Work is very interesting and helps to achieve a lot per day - What i have learned is that you must treat people equally with respect - Working in the fleet department ( Control Room) _ Logging down the breakdowns, or facing hijacking, that's very challenging

Learning curve

TiIts is very tiring and existing it's long hours maybe 10 hours sometimes it's more than 10 house but it's a good learning experience for me the salary is hnot good at all its a very small kine for the type of work I was doing but for experience it was challenging and standing demanding it need you to be focused I enjoyed that part but the problem is money

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: 10 hours

Excellent learning curve

The most challenging aspects of the job. Working Long hours. work under pressure. Lack of team work. Lack of communication. Excellent service towards its customer. Little salary and short stuff. Little resource to use in order to work properly.

excellence in my working environment

i highly appreciate to always make sure i do my work accordingly and make sure i always ask for help to my co works.mostly respect my work title.enjoy to improve my working skills..the most challenging its when my co workers refuses to work with me or taking credit of my work

I've learnt to be on my own when doing tasks. Also be positive with everything I'm doing

Very challenging at times because one need to complete certain tasks within a short period of time. Always be punctual in terms of of time keeping. We have express line haul which need to depart on time and just after that the is another line haul to be loaded and it is also have a deadline. The is a lot of instructions which have to be followed on daily basis, this is done to ensure the smooth running of the shift. Team work is very essential as we all rely on each other to keep the job going.

Pros: The is absolutely more room for improvement
Cons: Working on weekends is a great challenge

Great Growth Phase
