I've learnt allot about cable installation at the wind farm in the northern cape.

It's been a huge learning experience for Me, I started out as an admin clerk and worked my way up to a assistant supervisor I still do my admin work in the morning and supervise my team after im done with my admin work. And I've learnt allot of how to work within a strong an winning team and most importantly how to manage a team under my supervision

Pros: I've grown in the company
Cons: Long hours of travelling and not much money

Excellent Learning Curve

Working within the Construction Industry especially Renewable Energy has been very exciting. I have learned a lot over the past two years especially within the health and safety aspect of my work. I had extensive experience within the Quality Management of multi million dollar projects and seeing the project grow from start to end is quite the experience.
