Opportunity to implement systems

Rough historical glitches. Bad HR complement. Great room for improvements. Culture change needs to be driven. One needs to motivate themselves every morning to come here. The executives often sabotage one another in fear of competition. Continuous improvement is not yet a way of life, which makes it even harder for implementation of new processes and means.

Excellent learning curve

I started not knowing how to do pricing because my previous employers where doing that and when i started working with Daybreak I was exposed to pricing and given a chance to sell with the percentage that i like but be profitable.the working ours are not strenuous and you work at your own pace. The relationship with colleague is good and I enjoyed prospecting a lot interacting with customers

Good learning and hands on gaining experience more especially quality assuarance

Typical workday is great everyone communicate very well with another i have learned so much that now i am the best when its comes to a team player how to conduct meetings and respect each and every person at work regardless of their age or position and i also enjoyed the strategy of feaching us with the company transport to work and free lunch most challenging aspects is always being alert of nomconformances within the plant always have to impress the client or customers with the best quality and giving some answers to the auditors.

Great exposure from working under quality

Daybreak is my mentor and is also my educator for I have learnt many things through daybreak,it taught me many things in job relation such as the skills that I have acquired in training of becoming a qualified meat examiner and it gives me great courage to pursue my my studies even more and enrol

Difficult place to work at

the management is poor,does'nt care about people's rights and the other employees are rude and not friendly.they hire people that they know,there is still a lot a discrimination and the employees are always on strike,there is no respect and the management does not care about their employees and the salary is also not good.

Excellent

Relationship with co.workers was so great cause we were working as a team. I have learnt everything about the industry. Waking up everyday going to find people that like new ideas so that they come with a solution on what we're doing. Nothing was so challenging...

Work satisfaction

Need to be on top of the game to handle the stress and demand. Polite and honest as your deeling with customers, clients and sales. Need to know all from demand, stock, production, warehouse and dispatch to optimise distribution and plan according to all operation. Meeting difficult expectations and client satisfaction.

Fast learner

I am a qualified boilermaker with a strong personality and willing to help my team. I am prepared to carry whatever any task that will assigned to me with a great honesty I am willing to do my job even if I am facing the difficulty general boilermaker and welding

I do follow the instruction i have given proper and correct.

I am capable to commucate with any kind of people. In English and other langueges.In South Africa except foreigners although they are black.I can mention them but they are plenty.

Pros: I am committed to the job I have given, as well as hardworking is my style.
Cons: I do not mind to work overtime as long as my employer can talk to me.
