Excellent learning curve

I am writing to apply for the available vacancies as advertised. I am enthusiastic and professional, and I believe I would fit well into the company’s team culture and contribute to the ongoing success of your organization. For the past 9 years at DPD Laser t/a Dawning, I have started my career as a Domestic Customer Services Agent, to International imports and Exports Customer Services Agent. I also held the title as the International Export Supervisor. I am now looking for a new challenge that will provide me with the opportunity to further develop my career in any field that fits my criteria. In support of my application I have attached a copy of my CV. It shows that I will bring important skills to the position, including: time management and strong organisational skills high-level customer service motivation and dedication.

Leadership programme

I am hard driven person who is willing to learn anything that comes to me. I have a good relationship with my manager and colleagues I don't like conflict and negative people. I have learned how to use freight ware and how to deal with difficult clients. I have to make sure all my clients are happy all the time

It’s a good learning curve

No growth ,and struggle to get a position or be noticed for the work you do I have learnt so much from working in a wharehouse to being an executive customer service agent No team building or annually meeting held to see wher we can improve as workers

I am highly motivated person who is reliable,resposible and hardworking and excellent communication skills and proven ability to achieve target and results Customer service: clients are very most important in very business,i have dealt with different kinds of clients difficult and friendly ones. To be successful on your job you need to be professional at all times

Good opportunity for development

It has just became a typical day at the office, not challenging anymore and i have developed other guys to do most of my reposibilities and i just supervise them, management is not giving the same opportunity to develop further. I have a great relationship with my surbodinates they know their resbonsibilties and ai just check up on them every now and then, or if they need something; advise or assistance then they will let me know. It is always great to have employees that know what is expected of them and their responsibilities with regards to their work, also the impact the organisation gets if their responsibilities are not adhered to.
