Carreer path and advancement

My core duty is teaching and learning. In addition to that is assessments, sports, discipline, class management, interaction with parents, SGB panelist and the overall running of my learning area. Interpretation and application of policies as and when required in carrying my day today duties is key and making sure everything is available for submission to the district and my facilitator. We work as diversified team and adhere to target dates so time management is crucial in our organization to achieve our set goals. I beleave in lifelong learning in this fast growing technological world and my passion is not watch things happen, but take part.
