The Company is big, but the salary that I am earning is too little

Excellent learning curve

Awesome environment and to gain experience, opportunity to grow in the business and go from good to better and the working hours was not that long. Nightshift was available

Great work environment

Amazing work environment, culture and people. Great flexibility and management understands the human element. Few cons, the industry is extremely competitive and we haven't had salary adjustments or increases for around 3 years.

Project management exposure.

I am working well with colleagues across all levels, have good understanding and a good listener. Working at Dawn Wing I have learnt a lot regarding IT (SQL, Business Intelligence, and System Application Developments) as I worked hand to hand with IT people when developing the new system. Monitoring of systems integrations, information flow is some of the things I do on daily basis. What is challenging about the job is to work on weekends training couriers as they are very busy during the weekdays (Mon-Fri).

Pros: Working with all departments to ensure the new system works perfectly as intended.
Cons: Working on weekends almost for a month or two. And lack of promotion opportunities.

I really enjoy working for the company.

I really enjoy working for the company, there is just no growth for me and the money is also too little. Nothing is challanging any more. I know everything i need to know since ive started working here.

Pros: I am permanent and I only work evry second Saturday.
Cons: The money is too little and I have siblings I look after

A typical work day at Dawn Wing

I really enjoy what I do - I get along very well with my co workers. I enjoy analyzing account problem accounts I also enjoy doing recons. I have learnt alot at Dawn Wing and is very great full for what they have done for me.

Pros: Learning new thing every day

Excellent

i am working at the big company for almost four years now.i am learning a lot and u apreciate it.but the hours are too much.i startedas a learner in the year 2014 till 2015 where i was a permanent.now i am working at this industry but sometimes its challenging

Always listen to a client before reacting

A topical work day some days are better then others with regards to handling clients, we put in everything possible to keep da client happy environment also count a great deal in order for you to do your work as great as possible

Pros: Great place to travel to
Cons: Wen it comes to end of October it gets real busy as we call it "the silly season"
