Excellent learning curve but need a company with growth, me being there for three years haven’t seen any growth. Most of all with I can find a company with a work security where I know my job is save

Start of my courier knowledge

Dawn wing has given me the opportunity to grow my knowledge within the logistics industry. I have grown as a person working for Dawn wing. My work colleagues become family. Unfortunately there is no room to grow and salary isn't growing. As a single mother R5500 isnt a surviving salary.

Pros: Close nit family, great learning experience
Cons: Salary isn't enough

Great learning curve

A typical work day I have a good relationship with my co-workers we communicate even after work I learn to work as a team to share ideas I enjoy going out to do my duties not to sit around en doing nothing and I enjoy meeting with clients To deal with difficult client and the pick in the evening

Pros: Good opportunity to promotion

I have grow up from data capture to ,customer servive

I have being with the company for more than 13 years am booking collection ,dealing with online and calling client ,dealing with lost parcel creating IR ,dealing with herbalife contact management

Pros: Am very hard working person ,who come to Dwc and learn Lot
Cons: Services is good ,but there is no grow or promotion to the people who must get that
