Im willing to learn and work any where

I am an exceptionally motivated person with a positive attitude, I always set high but realistic goals for myself and always believe that I can do anything I sat my mind to, I have strong communication and problem solving skills, I easily adapt to change and I am always keen to learn new things, I have experience on various applications. I am a result orientated individual and achieve my targets in alignment with the Company’s objectives and core values. I believe that I have grown vertically and have the capability and enthusiasm to start growing at another level.

It was a learning curve to be at here working for this entity.

I started being part of this entity with no experience and no skills. But during the time being within this entity. I gained a lot such skills and experience, like how to interact with clients, suppliers and most of all with colleagues and how to be a part of team. I have learnt how to prepare myself hectic days, how deal with stressful days.

Pros: They great times where by I got promoted during the years which it shows growth. It's better feeling accomplished those promotions within the entity
Cons: Oh yes there were times where I have to work long hours, eg due to the system when it's down and we haven't reached the days target. Sometimes I have to work extra hours reason being we busy with stock taking

An excellent opportunity for gaining experience

A very fast paced & interactive environment which requires a lot of energy. Expectations are high, but then again so are the rewards. Relationships with co-workers are very professional. Everyone is treated with respect and courtesy, starting from the cleaners to the managers.

Having been in this company for so long i've gain a lost of experience and learn lot from the field.

A working day at my current employment is form od new challenge everyday there is always something new to learn. i've got a very good working relationship with my employees, wanting to now how are they keeping, situation at home and their personal like. i've intensively learning the logistics business from the inbound processes though to the outbound process, various picking methods. and warehousing processes. i enjoy the challenges at work. having to work long hours.

Pros: losts of opportunities young people coming out of school.
Cons: long working hours.

Good communication with employees but some are complaining no one is settled about the company's Image They use agency too much they can not take employees permanent because they do not want to pay too much

Cons: I'M A PERSON WHO THRIVE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND I DEDICATE MY WORK AS A FIRST PRIORITY. I ALSO REDUCE MY LUNCH TIME AND KNOCK OFF LATE IF NECESSARY.

Learning curve

Is a huge company with lot of job to do and working long long hours with less salary But I keep working as hard as I can, I opparate a forklift.. Drive trucks within the company.. Sometimes I work in the warehouse as a checker scanning the stork preparing it for delivery.
