Change and Growth

So far working for Dawn is amazing as it is a great company, A typical work day for me is checking my emails in the morning, ensuring that all emails have been attended too. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers, I am always willing to assist them and show them easy ways to do their payroll processing. I haven't learned much here as I have previously worked for the company, the only thing that is different is the payroll structure and processing. the most challenging aspect here at this company was us losing a big client due to them changing to a different payroll system and us not being able to accommodate them as we have other clients and a lot of cost was involve if we were to change to a new payroll system. For me looking for another job it's about change and growing myself in my career, I thoroughly enjoy what I do which is payroll and I would love to learn as much I can so that I am able to excel and reach my full potential,

Good for experience and learning

I am a charismatic, versatile, performance driven individual that enjoys challenges and thrive on responsibility. I am also energetic, career focused, hardworking, flexible, innovative and motivated person, who is quick to understand new technology, terminology and I am also a person who is more interested in making a difference in a society.

Well Grounded, Good Place to learn and Grow

Dawn is a fast pace business, mostly sink or swim. Lots of pressure from management. Massive range of products to work through daily. Very Friendly co-workers, everyone understands the pressure. Learnt how to grow the business and what areas needs improvements, learned to apply or create processes to assist with less mistakes through teams or even different divisions within Dawn. The most challenging aspect is there isn't enough well-skilled people left in DAWN, all left due to previous bad decisions made by the management of those times, plus the amount of work to do, there isn't enough people to be able to perform the job function required.

Cons: Long Working Hours, Not enough Skilled People

All warehouse duties experience foundation

always busy in working days investigating losses and gains of the organisation I have the best relationship with my colligues and I good leadership skills among them I have experience in about 80% of operation duties from Outbound to Inbound my very desired moment is that I know every job in most departments very busy day work type

Good learning structure

dawn is a good company to work at is giving a lot of opportunities in terms of education and promotion and I had good communication with co-workers and management ,I had learned work from different departments and positions i.e outbound,inbound,inventory and admin.I had learnt SHE Representative and fire fighter(occupational) I enjoy and love my job but there are challenges when it comes to stock investigation (gain & loss).

Hardworker

With the experience i have i enjoy working as Admin clerk. Most of all my collegues and my bosses work together as one team that makes easier to work in healthy environment.

Pros: To work at Dawn opens all doors as this is a big compamy with different depatments.
Cons: The company is not fair on recruiting staff.
