Happy with learning progress

I have learned a lot since i have been a part of dfAfrica. The environment around the is nice and mood around company is fantastic, i remember when i join the company my spirit,confidence, and self esteem was down. But now i can tell that even the if there is mountain is in front of me, definitely i will push it aside. I work with customers, technicians, and monitoring system. I have the best relationship with my co-workers, which also push me in the morning to wake-up and go to work,because it's gonna be a good day.

Excellent learning curve cause I've moved to different department

-It's a great working environment -too much work that need independent person -Have a great team work -wayleave administrator, Junior Route planner and at the moment I'm working as a GIS Data capturing -Learned to use Arch map, Google earth, OSP system

Alot of Learning opportunities in different sectors

No popular system are used ,great working environment ,End-user do not have enough knowledge of certain aspect and are resistance to change, mixture of black and white but mostly white good for diversity,

Pros: Great Opportunity to Learn tas they pay for education
Cons: It is Telecoms based therefore IT skills not honored as it should be.

Good learning and development environment

Working at my company comes with growth and a desire to keep learning. I'm given a chance to be creative and implement my ideas. There is a lot of flexibility and I frequently get thrown into the deep end and have to find a way to save myself. I enjoy the challenge.

Good learning curve but wanting growth.

I’ve enjoyed working for DFA but over the past year I’ve been seeking growth within the company and it has not been forthcoming. With my skills and knowledge I hope I can find better opportunities and growth elsewhere.

Pros: Great opportunity to to learn about Fibre and the Fibre industry.
Cons: Long working hours and not much room for growth.

Busy studying Bachelors Of Business Management Degree

Working as a communcation channel between customers and the organisation from request for quotation to acceptance issuing certificate, Resolving issues/queries of customers, writing weekly reports for 35 small customers also attending meetings with them, overseeing if all processes are followed by internal staff members, building relationships internaly and externaly, compiling a service improvement plans. I work flexible times that covers recomended hours of work

Pros: Great opportunities for promotion
Cons: Long working hours, rewards compensation limited, silo operations.

Young and energetic

I am currently working at DFA in the telecommunication sector. DFA is in a client role in the telecommunication sector. I am responsible for 3 principle contractors that all have subcontractors appointed under them respectively. This means I do monthly audits and manager all this contractors. I am young and ready for any challenge. I work great in a team with planners and Project managers.

Pros: I will be learning a new industry which is always exciting.
Cons: Right now i have a 50% office and 50% site work ratio
