Cons: The company is not innovative enough. They are a little suck in old tech

Great Experience

I report directly to a Portfolio manager /Account manager and it has been an amazing experience within the IT world. He also motivated me to do online programs such as HTML/CSS,Java so I may comprehend what they speak about in meetings and stands. This job has has opened up my views in the IT world and any other business really more in learning about Agile and how many companies are stepping into that field. Unfortunately my contract was only for three and the Portfolio manager is being repositioned to a different province. This however has not stopped me into developing my skills and understanding in the IT. One needs to be a learner everyday in order to receive and excel in their job.

Cons: Three months contract

An Amazing learning curve

Working at dariel is an amazing opportunity as i get to explore a lot for my career.for example currently i have ran out of things to test so i am helping one of the developer with the styling for a new application that she is working on.so i do get an opportunity to learn other things.

Pros: everyone get to be given an opportunity to step out their comfort zone and learn /explore new things
Cons: we get to work extra hours when we are faced with lots of work
