Should earn more than given
I have learned a great deal at my current company but I am ready to learn different areas of the industry.I thoroughly enjoy working for DANONE S.A but its time I progress my talents with new challenges. My experience at my current company has helped me builed my knowledge, I relish to learn more about the field im in everyday.I have valuable skills to add to any given position. I have good time managemnt skills and work very well under pressure.The most challenging aspects about my crrent position is that im the only person in my department handling all Expost accounts.

Career development
i am enthusiastic hard working person who can show integrity at all levels and good in attention to details,easy to interact with everyone and willing to help at all times,i like more about my job is that the challenges we encounter everyday and be able to overcome,putting more effort to what i know best and improving the system to be more user friendly and save to work with

Operator/apprentice/millwrights current
i started by operating the machines then do apprentice before i became a millwrights ,it was easy for me to be a millwrights to do my job because i understand the machine better and its safety standard, we all knows that safety is number one ,its important to identify safey harzard of the machine and understand the operation i work shitf and under pressure but i manage because i understand my job i have a good relationship with my co-worker i enjoy do fault finding on electrical panel it open my mind breakdowm its more challenging because i take care 17 line different machine

Management skills
Managing change control processes, work with operations in implementation of EDI related system requirements, Biz manager. Participate in EDI support ( Coaching and Training) Monitoring orders on the EDI platform, Inbound and outbound communication. Reporting on Stock movement Working with the DC in allocating stock, ie PnP DC and Export orders Allocation of orders and creating delivery note number. Troubleshoot, maintain and implement solutions for assigned trouble tickets. Working with master data in aligning delivery days cut off times and routes. Counting orders at every cut off to see if our logistics company has received all the orders. Compare Master data information Run reports on e not delivered nor invoiced. On Call 24/7, first point of contact for the DC and or Logistics Company.

Career development and new challanges
i am very hands on person who always like facing challenges and be able to overcome all of them,put my mind on re-occurring problems and figure out on how to prevent them in future and improve the system to work better and efficient. i enjoy my day to day duties as in our career we meet new challenges every day and is continuous learning on the job,and being part of the problem solving group that's what make it more interesting so that the job can be easier

Diversity
typical work day starts early. Most in the team starts at 6:30 or 7. Relationships between co-workers are strong and family like. Learnt many processes, to conform to the way Danone France works. Learnt to work independently, and leadership skills. Mostly enjoy the diversity of the Job dealing with call centre agents to directors to managers - business owners & attorneys. Most challenging is keeping composure through pressure days like Financial year end and working through system issues.

Great learning curve and growt
Danone is a diverse company and at such it has been a great learning curve professionally and personally since it has taught me to understand and embrace cultures local and international . Introducing new projects or initiatives proves to be a challenge since people don't accept change easily and this has taught me the importance of change management when about to embark on a new project .My treasured moments at Danone was when people that I have coached getting a chance at senior /permanent positions .

Very Good company to work for
Danone is a very grate company to work for , it takes good care of its employees. it develops its people and give them an opportunity to grow. it pays much better than most of dairy producing companies.
