Data Capturing ,Supervisor for custard (UHT) project,Microbial media preparation,Sub culturing of Microorganisms, Sampling and analysis for swabs,Sending samples to external laboratories for comparisons, Water analysis for Enterobacteriaceae, pH, Yeast and Moulds and Total Plate Counts,Test final production for Enterobacteriaceae and yeast and mould, mesophilic and thermophilic Aerobic and Anaerobic bacterium,Test Custard for Total Plate Counts,Collection of Samples as per procedure,Test final products and analyse results as per specification,Check, verify and calibrate Lab equipment as per procedure,Manage and update Laboratory results,Participate in trials and projects as required,Investigate and follow up on Quality Incidents, following the escalation procedure,Developing working procedure as required,Participating in Quality Audits,Ensuring Adherence to Quality Standards, procedures, policies and practices (GLP, ISO 9001, GMP and HACCP),Gram staining for further identification.

More than 10 years Sales Mangement experience.
I Am responsible for driving sales activities and targets, analyse consumer and category insights to identify strategic opportunities and implement recommendations to boost sales growth, research and track competitor product offerings identifying opportunities, handle relays and merchandising displays for profit, handle assortment and shelf schematics (planograms), collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to communicate operational/sales results and activities, in-store training, implement POS, ensure excellent customer service, negotiate new products listings, manage 3rd party vendors (Smollan), report to the Regional Manager on a monthly basis. I am a result-oriented individual with a good progressive management experience. My management skills strongly emphasize on team work and excellent customer service. Throughout my career I have demonstrated analytical, training and communication skills. I work well as an individual or in a team and can take up initiative as needed.

Plenty of FMCG experience
The day starts of by walking the lines and inspecting your allocated lines for any damage , after that its helping with breakdowns or servicing your allocated lines. Co-workers is why I get up in the morning they are the best bunch of people you will ever meet. I've learnt a lot at Danone, how to do precision work and that Preventative maintenance can work i enjoy Getting a challenging Breakdownws

Good working here
shift work that expose you to different environment team work makes one to be able to interact with different people with different characteristics , the relationship is good learned to accommodate different environment and people team work working night shift when you have to teach a new employee a job

Work well under pressure
A motivated individual with demonstrated leadership, problem solving and training skills with the desire to positively influence others. A very energetic, flexible and proactive lady with extensive knowledge, skills and experience in the laboratory and quality control and assurance. I believe I can bring the level of expertise needed to fulfil the requirements of the vacancy when granted the opportunity. I am reliable, can work well under pressure and execute tasks at hand in a precise and thorough manner. Payment collections, allocations, statements, reporting.
A typical working day is checking incoming payment, allocations, check for the claims, preparing documents for signatures. The relationship with co-workers is good. I learnt how the FMCG operates and I enjoy interacting with the clients.

General work and assistant operator
I was working at Danone as a general worker and assistant operator the company its OK salary was fine, The problem I was working under contract and opportunities was less on that agency. Working team was good with my co workers

super fast challenging dynamic ways of working Warm shop floor people who are open to change and adapt new ways of working quick and it has been easy to create a safe working culture which has been sustainable over the last 8 years within this journey
