Very friendly inviroment and good employees. Exteme working hours no benifits. HR manager leads a person too believe you will be employed permanently. All HR function dumped on payroll. Not very honest

GOOD LEARNING CURVE

Work independently, company get a project somewhere at the middle of nowhere then appoint you as site manager must go there to establish new site and start running the project, everything start from scratch, new site , get the required machinery for the job, hire people, meet new clients, produce quality product for the client, report every morning your daily operation production, work 24hr shift, then once all this is up and running you start enjoying because its same operation everyday nothing new after that. the challenging part thus where don't meet the client target and struggling not meeting the targets the seat start getting hot because work under pressure everyday until meet the targets.

Pros: at the company started working as General foreman but withing Six month was already became as Site manager
Cons: Running 24 hour shifts

A career learning experience

i have learned to be patient, i have learned to peservere i never knew how strong i was till i worked here relationshio with co workers is a 50/50 some a nice and some are plain mean and racist

Cons: tolarating peoples moods
