I work night shift from 11:30 to 20:30 My relationship with my co_worker,i get along with any one I work with very old and young people. I have learned how to type faster,multi tasking,p problem solving trained me to think on the spot because we sometimes deal with queries..we're debtor call in angry so you have come up with a way calm the debtor and solve the problem or debtor will be more frustrated if problem not solved. The most challenging expect of the job when having to make salary have to come in early work from 7:30 to 20:30 in order to make commission.The extra hours that I work don't get paid for them.and sometimes I don't even make salary while working hard for whole month which is frustrating and demotivating.when working hard I expect fruits .the company is pulling me back financially.

Excellent learning curve

I'm a very hard worker, I love working with people, so far I've had good relations with co-workers and it is also because I usually ask for help from co-workers on how to do my work more professionally. I've learnt that in a work environment you need to be able to control your emotions and understand different types of people, that makes everything much easier so that you wont find yourself in office conflicts that could have been avoided. I working under a happy and healthy environment, even though work can be stressful from time to time but if you are surrounded by happy souls it just makes every good thing to be possible, cause if they are challenges you facing ,it not going to be hard for you to ask for help or assistance

In the current company I am working for it's do unfair when it comes to comes to consider company employees as well the new executive coo doesn't care about people feelings don't even think about the families and future of the company employees

Excellent learning experience

Daly credit corporation was such a nice place place to be inti, ot gave me great opportunity to learn and with them I learnt how to multi task my job and it a great learning curve for almost every person. It a great environment to be working in to with lot of diversity people and different cultures. The area was a professional area and it gave me such an opportunity to see my weakness and where I need to try more and fight those weakness in me until the team goal is met

It was the greatest experience, we got to learn alot about customer service

Daly has a great vibe on the floor,while working we remaindered of our targets and what we have achieved so far in the month.we Celebrate each other achievements, being at work helps you develop yourself mentally because u deal with different people every minute of ur day.

I AM SELF MOTIVATED,WELL ORGANISED AND A HARD WORKER.I PERFORM WELL UNDER PRESSURE AND ENJOY AND ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES.I HAVE HAD SUCCESSFUL RELATIONSHIPS WITH BOTH MANAGEMENT AND STAFF AND I AM ABLE TO FUNCTION SUCCESSFULLY INDEPENDENTLY.I ENJOY THE STIMULATION AND SENSE OF ACHIEVMENT OF BEING PART OF A TEAM,.I AM HARD WORKING,HONEST,LOYAL,DEDICATED AND AN ENTHUSIASTIC WORKER..

Good experience

Throughout security and facilities or maintenance dept working surveillance cameras assist with access tags plumbing replacement of lights refuelling of diesel on HV generator and UPS unit system main plant water Air-conditioning painting installation of projectors and led TVs painting and looking after cleaners. Great development experience

Interesting line of work as the day starts with call audits then coaching and developing,analysing performance and measuring it against specific targets, coaching based on those gaps. Great relationship with all staff. Love empowering and motivating my staff seeing them achieve their goals. No room for growth

Pros: Best part of job is daily interaction

Perfect learning curve

It is a good wirking experience.I learn to empathyse with people of different cultures and back grounds and religions. I learnt to be a god listener,good communication skills. I learnt to negotiate and the impotlrtance of paying your debts
