I have grown as a manager, learnt to work under great pressure.
There is a problem with this display, i cannot see what i am writing so excuse possible tipos. The company gave me freedom to solve problems by myself but was always there to make sure i do the best job possible, i always have been able to have good relationships with coworkers. The company had the same vision as I did , which was continuously improving. My only reason for leaving was that i had an opportunity to move to Europe, the plan failed but i am determined to walk into the next company and growing with them.

Good working hours
It's a good company with lots of learning curve opportunities. It has a lots of job varieties and seems to be growing much bigger. The company also have international customers,goes to show that it's a big company. Working there isn't bad,the jobs being done there are not difficult to do and they have nice working hours. On other departments there's two shifts,which are day shift and night shift. We have a very good relationship amongst us colleagues and our department manager. Since I got there I polished my CNC setup skills as I am still setting up their jobs but not recognized for doing that. I have also learnt a bit more about programming and a lot of different jobs not related to CNC machines.
Pros: Great opportunity for entry level job seekers
Cons: Low pay rates
