Well experienced in all fields in admin

A typical work day involves opening up the office at 7am. Setting up the place. I basically work alone. Answering the telephone, faxing, emailing etc. i do the buying for all sites which is currently 5 sites. i do the costings, debtors, creditors. i book services for plant and capture their log sheets, i buy fuel and monitor usage. i also work with the tenants we have on the property and around the area. Signing of contracts, buying electricity ect.
