My Job entails the following in a day: Invoicing monthly and on ad-hoc basis for three companies Raising quotations on Adhoc basis Following up on debtors monthly and on Adhoc basis Do payment request for all suppliers Capturing cashbook for 3 companies and reconciling the bank Capturing supplier invoices and reconciliations Update the cash flow on weekly basis Prepare salary schedules Update upgrade schedule for customer license agreements Update customer invoice register Update supplier invoice register Monthly Produce management accounts on monthly basis for 3 companies Prepare salary schedule Prepare vat reconciliations bi-monthly for 3 companies Submit vat returns for 3 companies Year-end Prepare audit file for 3 companies Liaise with the auditors
Pros: I have learnt that working for a small company you gain a lot of experience.
Cons: It is not easy to grow in small company/firm
