High pressure & dynamic environment.

As a Leasing Assistant , each day was a challenge. Which development would be urgent priority today? Was yesterday's priority still a priority today? Will the marketing brochure printed yesterday be redundant today? Will I have to prepare 5 Offer to Lease documents and then have to hold them back? This was my typical day. Each day a variety of high pressure tasks. Each co-worker with similar challenges. Sometimes we were able to assist one another. Sometimes not. Each day we work vigorously towards targets. Yet weekly measurements show otherwise. constantly we are at the receiving end of the director's wrath. Too many developments to work on. Grossly understaffed. Additional pressure frays nerves. Being capable of performing in the capacity of a leasing consultant and not being considered. This was the most challenging aspect of the job.

Pros: Opportunity to earn commission income
Cons: daily long hours, high pressure, volatile environment, grossly under-staffed

I have sharpened up my skills and equipped my self with more troubleshooting techniques

In my previous employer i have been exposed to the following: - Creating new users on active directory and add user to mailing groups requested. - We created user accounts for billing on Phoenix and updating their extensions. - When creating user profiles, we also assign phone budget for our users depending to their departments. - To newly bought phones, we used to configure them before issuing to the users. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and i have enjoyed the environment, because i was more hands on with my work. Getting the exposure i was looking for. The most challenging aspects was when we have devises that are down and we had lots of users calling, especially when we were still troubleshooting the root cause of the problem.

Pros: Great opportunity i was given to be exposed to a very busy environment
Cons: Awkward area to work for, struggling to get to work.

Exceptional Leadership

Currently Unemployed Had the opportunity to work with some of the most amazing people's people. Always uplifting and crediting were needed. I had exceptional relationship with all my co-workers. Learnt a great deal about business itself as well as about management. I enjoyed that I could go to work every day and not one day were the same, always teaching us as a team new things and a lot of good life lessons. Most challenging days were when projects run into issues, but you do not have any control over the issues and the client want answers, but teamwork always prevailed and we delivered.

Cons: Not many growth oppertunities

A day in the life of....

Day to day running of operations. Approachable to colleagues and employees - Senior management is approachable Climbing up the corporate ladder, from switchboard operator to Regional manager The camaraderie of the business Having to deal with numerous different types of personalities of staff, challenging and more thought provoking, out of the box thinking - allowing yourself to be exposed to different mind sets, that are unique from each other

Pros: Great benefits, profit sharing, bonus, 13th cheque
Cons: Regionally there is not much room for groweth

Excellent learning curve

I am a passionate and deadline driven individual with a very positive attitude. I prefer an open door policy environment where there is a great team work and still have my space to perform my tasks on my own. I adapt very easily in any work environment can always get along with my collegues.

Fast and enthusiactic individual in terms of learning

Dealing with customers or clients on a day to day basis building and maintaining strong relationships. Able to work well with colleagues as well as upper management. I have been able to learn and master operational requirements of many different industries within satisfying time frames. Able to face and over come many challenges and disputes between both companies and clients alike.

Pros: No working weekends unless by special request for major clients
Cons: Long weekday working hours

My consulting experience of 10 years in Projects and Analysis has made me capable of working in any type of business Industry and has also let me capable of learning new products in short time in order to perform improvements.

Good knowledge of the work place

i would like to learn a lot from the company itself,the people as well i feel if by doing so i can gain a lot more from different measures. i strongly know i can put out my best within the company working hard is part of me and get to be more than just an administrator and get to study further. I know with all this one must be patient and humble towards what im working for.

I like working under pressure and to be challenged

We would arrive at 8:30 am and access all emailed correspondence and telephonic messages, most of the time we worked on employee packs for the Water Board and other government departments. These were the best candidates chosen and it was intense work. I have learnt to be precise in selecting potential candidates and I enjoyed the diverse range of tasks I had to perform. I enjoyed most of the staff and was professional with the rest
