Huge responsibility.

Cullinan Diamond Mine has been my life for the past 15 years of which 14 of those has been in the Supervisory field. I have worked with different types of people which has been a challenge especially working with old and sometimes illiterate individuals whom you have to monitor and train on a daily basis to achieve the set goals. I have learned to appreciate each and every day as it comes and also to value the company's vision which was the main drive towards building a career for the 15 years I have served the company. the main responsibility one can have is to make sure that you and your fellow sub-ordinates work safe every day and go home unharmed each an every day.

Pros: big company, great scope for promotion, various channels for development.
Cons: long working hours and working over weekends.
