I enjoy working with staff on all levels to make there lives better by improving our payroll services and adopting new tech that stream lines payroll processes. Covid 19 has been a very trying time to the tourism industry. We have worked together to get through this and tried our best to assist staff where ever we could. While the whole company is on reduced salary we are not alone. I have over the last year worked very long hours and had to deal with retrenchments which has very hard and at times traumatic but with the help and support from management we have done it. Since i have started we have improved the payroll system that we process all overtime through ESS and have rolled out the cell phone app which allows staff to apply for leave and receive payslips all on the app. This alone has been a cost and time saving compared to printed versions.

Excellent learning curve

Tasks to be completed on any given day would include services, repairs, preventative maintenance, and breakdowns which with teamwork can be completed in time. if the need for overtime to complete extra tasks arises, teamwork assists in completing those.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain experience
Cons: Long working hours during peak seasons

Excellent learning curve

Working with Thompsons Travel has been wonderful however due to the pandemic we bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb bbbhhvb jbhhgh hghvghh hhhhhh hh hh are being retrenched.

Cons: Traveling to and from work was a distant from home
