Great culture between employee and employer and safe environment

There is stability in the work load, and monotonous routine is followed everyday which at some stage gets boring. the relationship between the employee and employer is of good standard and therefore increases productive performance. There is transparency among co-workers. The experience I have gained at this company is impeccably large as I was given the opportunity to be as creative and innovative as possible in order to make my work far more easier. The most challenging aspect about my job is having to deal with an extreme amount of bad payers whereby as a professional I am obligated to carry out my duties strict and yet be sympathetic with clients at the same time.
