Night Club

Working long hours can be draining but also have advantages. You have a platform of building your communication skills and problem solving because working with a number of diverse people needs more thinking on how to handle different cases. You build your character because your executives shout you on the floor meaning no time for crying or feeling sorry for yourself, you just need to stay focus and continue with your duties.

Communicating with different people

There were long working hours which was 12 hours and there were five shifts in a week , with extra job of spring cleaning the shop called the (zomboe cleaning) and there was less salary..but it was a good experience when it comes to communicating with customers that were understanding. We were forced to sell hubblies every weekend and there was no resting.

Pros: Opportunity to meet new people
Cons: Long working hours and no salary
