Advanced IT Technician
I’ve got an experience as I worked in Cape Town for two years as a Desktop Support Technician supporting the employees of CSGI so I’m pretty much that kind of a guy whom you can rely on for IT solutions as I been there done that, now I’m facilitating Support it’s my second year as I’m creating Technicians that are hands on building up Administrators you can rely on basically I also did Personal Development so I do empower the young minds as well.
Pros: I been recently promoted to teach MCSA
Cons: I do spend 12 hours a day at work

IT Technician

I am highly resilient, a hard worker, an innovative thinker, able to work well under pressure and thus I continue to push myself within and outside the academic sphere whilst motivated by challenging tasks and opportunity for advancements I believe I possess qualities which I consider are adaptable and dynamic which come in handy in the corporate world. I have strong leadership characteristics and determined to do any task to my utmost best ability. I have work experience of 5 years now in the IT industry and I continue to learn.
Pros: I learnt how to expert troubleshoot issues.

Great way to upskill
Everyday can easily become more than 8 hours of work, as we focus on multiple disciplines. Co-workers are very nice to work with as they are very supportive, yet administrative staff give off the culture that they have more work than the facilitating staff. Yet we present on average between 8-12 subjects within a week. This requires great preparation. I have learnt more about my industry working here and it has helped to gain more experience as a developer. I really enjoy working with my fellow facilitators as we constantly encourage one another and help one another when we get overwhelmed. It is quite a challenge when you need to accomplish work and then suddenly our head office requires us to complete certain administration work for them as well.

Excellent Learning Curve
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I am currently a developer facilitator and an aspiring hard worker, my expertise lies in excellent organizations, time management skills and the ability to meet the targets within the deadline. Love working in the Education realm, and CTU has taught me alot
I love working with Students and adults that want to upskill themselves My staff are amazing and so willing to do their part and more I have learnt to be the best manager I can be My typical work day involves motivation of staff, setting daily goals for everyone, operations on the campus, dealing with students and their parents, dealing wit Corporate delegates, budgets, Invoices and many conversations.

Opportunity to further my studies
-We work from 07:45 to 17:00 monday to friday -Good relationship with co-workers, but not the manager -I've learnt to manage time, professional ethics and also the ability to remain calm in tough situations -Helping others achieve goals -Satisfying everyone
