New experience in construction environment

I have learned to adapt and learn a great amount of new information. As I have had to manage the office with little or no training, I was able to do daily tasks as well as learn and apply new responsibilities, as and when required. I really enjoy to work with my colleagues. As we all have different characteristics and personalities and work well as a team. We are able to joke and we have great relationships. The biggest challenge is when the CEO often changes his mind on policies and procedures and fails to follow them as previously stipulated. Making it difficult to maintain consistency.

Pros: Good salary
Cons: Travel to and from work is average 3 and half hours a day

Excellent and competence

super interesting and Learning new innovations daily Pretty much challenging as I have to be at my best daily liaise with the Management regularly and communicate with the team timing is often very important as i have to finish up the image on time working with database can be quite challenging as i often manage the updates and modifications

It was a good journey

i have met a lot of people, the company had many team buildings which made us a team to work along well with each other i have learnt a lot. the most challenging was working late for targets to be released. it was hard work and long hours but was worth it at the end.

Pros: there is allways something new to learn
Cons: reaching targets

Hard working and mind driven

Hi. Basically I'm a friendly type of person at my workplace, I have a bubble personality and love my fellow teammates to have a similar relationship with me. I have learnt to work hard and like it to be done professional not once but all the time. I love to meet new people and have new goals nothing better that having a challenge.

Pros: Helping others and my family at the same time
Cons: Disorganized and rudeness
