Great stepping stone into the Management sector

Wonderful company when South African owned (prior to 2016). Recently bought buy Noveltel Wireless (American Owned). Underwent two section 189A in the past 2 years. The environment and the staff are awesome however the continued need to cut cost and reduced overheads have left a somewhat bitter taste in most employees mouths, therefore the need to seek a more sustainable and rewarding employment is of the utmost importance. During my venture i have excelled in numerous avenues which contributed to my speedy ascent to Call Centre Supervisor. I am extremely grateful for the opportunities awarded to me. it grew me as a person and taught me a lot. i have owed and mastered my skills especially in the management sector. Unfortunately due the unforeseen it is time to move on.

Great group of people

Large Company but no job security. Company was acquired by an American Group and since then there is no job security within the group. I love my job, but can't be sure of my future at this company.

Good

Very good working company to work for and great experience working for them, we dealing with different types of clients currently doing route monitoring, fleet monitoring and also responsible to dispatch ground team for a stolen and hijacked vehicles

Passionate about customer service

12 hour working day from 0600 to 1800 or from 1800 to 0600 any day of the week. one has to be a team player for the workflow process to progress successfully. The vehicle tracking industry is very demanding and you I have learnt to handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity.I enjoy helping a client in distress and pull them out of a challenging situation. The challenging aspect is some clients could be subjected to injury and your swift response could make all the difference,

Pros: Gives an insight on vehicle tracking industry
Cons: early morning shifts start and weekend shift.
