Getting into the office at 7:30, starting the day with a cup of strong coffee. Switch on the desktop, ensuring your Techs are at their depots for their first appointments. opening emails to assist customers by booking installation appointments, removals, repairs... Each day you receive calls from different customers from all over for customer services and so forth... I love my job and company. The people here are like family to me. I've learnt a lot about computers and different programs we use every day such as CRM... I've learnt how to work and deal with customers on a daily basis. I enjoy talking to the techs and co-workers most. The most challenging aspects of my job is keeping customers happy and ensuring they receive the best service possible. Also, reaching deadlines to each order by keeping your customers happy.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow in your career field, learning more each day and knowing you've got a good job.
Cons: Seeing family only a few hours per day. Long working hours but it's standard hours 9 hours each day)

New challenges, exposure to different environments, and technologies.

I am currently employed by Ctrack SA as a Front-End Specialist. In the past three years, I have grown immensely, not only within my skillset, but also as a human being. I have taken on many challenging tasks with enthusiasm and great success, and have introduced several improvements and new initiatives within our department. I perform best in a highly creative, yet challenging environment. I am always willing to acquire new skills while applying and perfecting my current talents. I have excellent people skills and I am an extremely fast learner. I am looking forward to secure a position whereby hard work, dedication and the ability to acquire new skills advantage any company I work for. I look forward to making a significant contribution to your company.

Wonderful experience in the porporate sectore

It is a wonderful place to work, as it teaches you how to work as one body and as one company. A lot can be learned in the client service department, as a consultant, you will need to know the basics and business rules of each and every department, in order to assist a customer with general questions, queries and complaints. Personally, I have learned a lot from the other departments over a four year period, in order to retain upset and irate clients and to sometimes even manage to up-sell the product and help them sign up more contracts. This could not have been possible without teamwork and the support provided by the company's employees. Retaining customer's and convincing a customer to remain with us and to keep a customer happy is what I enjoy the most of my day to day job.

Excellent company to grow

Ctrack is a great company where a person can grow and gain experience. It can motivate a person to work hard for achieving. I enjoy helping people and bring appreciate. All workers are united and willing to assist each other.

Im good dealling with clients , answering phone calls, filling , send and receiving emails

Excellent working culture

- Walk in at 06:30, start my PC -Open all application, check my emails - I have a healthy relationship with my collegues, we share jokes, work hard, respect each other. Offer advise where needed. We more like family than collegues. - We are not the same. I need to be more patient with myself, stop being too hard on myself. - I enjoy working on my own, being given tasks to complete and given enough time to finish them. When someone says "thank you so much", it gives some sort of gratitude, peace that I have helped someone. I find joy in teaching/showing others how a job is done. -Empowering others - The most challenging aspect will be dealing with an irate client on a first attempt

A career move

I like my work, it’s having long hours but I know that I’m there for my career, and would like to improve on it. I’ve trained new colleagues as I’m having advanced experience. They’ve asked me in 2019 if I will be able to assist with the de-installations as the person that’s currently working with it cannot cope with the number of hours required. I’m enjoying it as I’m getting my files and create work for technicians by keeping them busy with de-installations. I can also search on our system and check for vehicles standing at the dealership that is possibly sold and then obtain job cards for them so that the tech could assist with it. I’m having a good relationship with my co-workers and also the technicians as well. I’ve learned the tracking system and also how the unit works. They’ve sent me to training on the tracking units, similar to what the technicians will do. The most challenging job aspect is to be able to work under pressure and be willing to learn.

Excellent learning curve; Valuable experience gained

Ctrack has great product and have come a long way during the 5 years I have been employed there with regards to systems, processes and client services. Co-worker relationship suffered due to favoritism from SOME managers and I have learned that to be in-disposable to a company sometimes you have to be someone your not comfortable being. Ctrack is falling into a trap whereby employees are becoming just numbers and not people anymore
