Very unsafe working conditions. No training provided and no facilities for artisans. Gross ohs actviolations. No company feedback and no involvement of senior management with artisans. No root cause analysis on breakdown. No dialogue permitted

Iam happy since it my first working but iam a hard working women who is willing to learn more

I have only work nightshift , generous , good manners towards others, I have learn how to work as a team in the industry, important of health and safety in a warehouse , punctuality , prioritize working hours, I enjoy working with others, challenges standing but I will get use to it since it my first in the industry and I am also willing to more from other people and other industry if I get a chance because I am a hard working lady who have ambitions and goals and I also have hyster "forklift" licence

Pros: i am willing to my work as much as i can inorder to fulfill my dreams
Cons: long working hours but i am happy

Great learning opportunity

Great environment to work with in terms of the people. The syssystems are still very old and therefore making it difficult to be be efficient and productive. The positions are still male dominated . Women are not compensated when on maternity leave.

Pros: Decent working environment
Cons: Not well compensated and very old systems in place that waste time.

Good working environment

Good working environment. With Small offices, and good people. A Canteen that prepares lunches daily. Homely environment,where everyone is like a family.

Review doesn't work!

The company lacks direction. No initiatives or efforts to challenge in this dynamic global marketplace. Technology lacking and management severley under skilled and under qualified. Efforts to progress are squashed. Work piles up as many shirkers realised the opportunities to do so. Favoritism is rife. Poor culture, morals and ethics

Cons: incompetent managers
