I matriculated in 2010 and studied the commercial subject. I completed a 3 year Diploma in Business management at Damelin which was from 2011-2013. I am currently studying Bcom hons degree (Bridging modules) in Business management at the University of South Africa (UNISA) as a part time. The nature of my diploma course has prepared me for this position. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. I have a code 10 drivers license. I completed my experiential learning (WIL) at Maphutha Malatji hospital from 1 August 2013 to 31 October 2013 which I was placed under Records management section as an assistant. My present occupation is as a sales consultant, student advisor and schools marketer at Central Technical College and Damelin which the Institutions are under Educor holdings company .

Pros: Applying my skills to get promotion
Cons: Travelling to different provinces to meet my target

Experience that i had with the company.

The nature of our duties is to meet targets daily and reach milestones. the relationship that i have with my colleagues is good because we work as a team and share knowledge as a team. the most challenging aspect of the job is when converting the collected data into sales.

Pros: Being motivated by the commissions that we get
Cons: not meeting targets and working extra hours to reach the target.
