Enjoying collection in Banking Sector, Excellent learning curve indeed

I am two months old with the company, the company ensures that as Debt Collector you deliver required daily target, I'm having a great relationship with my co-workers I always makes them smile because I'm one person that get along with everyone very well. My challenges were adjusting from Public Sector collection to Private, My fast learner skills helped me a lot within a 4 days I've mastered the process. I ask a lot to make sure that I do the right thing and master it.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth

Team player, hard worker always motivated am going an extra mile

Being able to work together as a team is really great so you can put each other into work harder, being a team player, go an extra mile by putting extra time on ur work for better results, being able to handle difficult clients and being able to solve problems, educate and rehire habilitated clients and also eeducate them

Pros: Growth within the company is great
Cons: Long hours makes u push even harder to do better at work or with your productivity

Excellent work

I can use my skills and my knowledge to help the company, and I'm willing learn more I'm a hard work and problem solver, I'm a lasting person,, have a diploma in marketing major subject are marketing, advertising, sales management, marketing research, and Im willing to grow in that industry

Good for beginners.

-Well a typical work day would be after our production push calls for new features maybe misunderstood by users else fixing bugs on the system. -We've got awesome relationships with my co-workers, no shady moments we are straight up like that. We push work and at the same time enjoy each others company in the office. -I have learnt to work on the servers and also some of the computer hardware fixes. -I enjoy Mondays and Fridays because they're mostly challenging than any other in our department. So I get to improve my skills and challenge myself to excel. - Office politics.

Pros: Good learning curve for beginners.
Cons: Poor communication structures.

Good

It's a legal collation company have lots of clients including banks. I used to work extra hours in order to reach my target and to be allowed to work overtime.

It's a good company

Since I've worked with css, it's been a privilege, I've learned a lot from the company and I've grown within the company. I did debt collections with them, till I did admin for Absa portfolio.

Yes especialy for school leavers great environment to kick start

busy company target driven learnt a lot experience people pressure i enjoy the role i play in makibg sure the we excel as a company great customer service based on quality not quantity treats employees with respect great opputurnity environmental freindly customer is always right attitude working under presure and still making sure i deliver qualty
