Friendly but strict when it comes to job related issues enjoys going to work becuase we have a good relationship us wokers as well as management i have learned to work with different people from different cultures and good communication skill i enjoy listening to other people's minds the most challenging thing is standing in front of coreworkers and adress a report meetings

Excellent learning curve

My daily duties are capturing data , calculating revenue, filling ,logging kilometers traveled by our drivers on our data base , client liaison,solving queries for clients and internal staff .

Pros: Not much promotional opportunities
Cons: Unbalanced work life

work with drivers briefing and debriefing i like working with people i build a good relationship with my co workers most challenge is working shifts i have learn to cope with working shifts

NO PROSPECT OF PROMOTION OR GROWTH

ALWAYS ASSISTING,EXCELLENT WORKING RELATIONSHIP ALL STAFF INCLUDING BRANCH MANAGERS & SENIOR MNGT TEAM.GOING THE EXTRA MILE DOES NOT ALWAYS PAY.SUCCESS AFTER EVERY TASK COMPLETED.CHANGING MINDSETS OF PEOPLE.

Moderate

I enjoy my responsibility and the daily challenges that we face especially since we always win at the end of the day. Dealing with a lot of drivers and a lot of demanding customers teaches on patience and you think on your feet. I have learnt to be flexible in a demanding environment. The solutions that we give to our clients are a result of being a team player.

Pros: Great exposure in working with big mining companies
Cons: The culture is tense, retrenchments every second year.

Interms of learning i would say its good

In terms of learning I would say I'm satisfied cause the co workers are willing to teach/share ideas and the experience that they have with us but I'm not satisfied with the salary that they are giving me because I can't take care of myself and my family and I that type of a person who wants to grow and achieving goals in life

Cons: yeah we do work long hours sometimes without pay
