I am a hardworking individual a cease an opportunity to get a job done.I stop at no boundaries if I feel I need to do more.I've being promoted 3 times in one year this will tell you the sky is not the limit for me! My HR has given me the title as employee of the year

Learning and give more to the cumpany always works

I love working with colleagues who are willing and active to work any time.people who are always hungry for sales. I enjoy work when I relate to people and who needs my assistant.and being a problem solver always keeps m going .... I learnt to always give your time to listen to customers wishes and give a proper service with a friendly smile

Pros: I love growing with company and be there to help it go further
Cons: The company has good working relations including the staff.i love working with people and bring a problem solver. The knowledge and grooming me from sales to Operations manager gave m a great uplifting and bright future of knowing that I can grow the company futher.

Im very good on staff motivation

Im hard worker and planning better for my business to success.I train staff to grow and contribute positive ly into the business .im also good on turnover and reducing shrnkage. I worked in sports inviroment which is very vibrant and I learn how to run a profitable business.I work well with other people.my store won the best sport store in sport category in sandton city.I have vast knowledge in retail.

Sales Assistance,Cashier and Cleaner

I enjoyed working in the store because me and my colleagues we were working as a team on what ever we were doing and I also learnt how to provide a good service to my customers as I started to learn my product that I was selling to them.cleanliness is the best thing when u work with people like keep your self clean and we’ you worink

Excellent customer communication and team building skills

-Getting to work early on time to open up the store with the manager,have a meeting, read the previous days sales progress and introduce new stock. Do morning house keeping and merchandising, clean the windows and wipe the mirrors, do stock taking then attend to customer needs. -Had a team relationship with co workers -I learnt being disciplined and on time,working with people and operating the cash desk -What I loved about the job is providing superior customer service leaving the customer happy -Most difficult aspect is dealing with an angry customer

Customer service and cashier

At morning we have our morning meetings and get ready for our customers and help them with what ever they need ring sales and make sure your also making to theel top chard as the best sales person of the day with more money , items and focusing more in KPI. Working together as a United team to archive our targets and store turnover. I would like to learn new things every day. I've enjoyed marchandising more than anything. Reaching my daily target every was very difficult as we are all compiting but I'll push for no.1 every time.

Working experience

The challenge that I faced working at cross trainer stores are the customers so in order for me to work with a pure heart I used to be lineant with them and a smile on my face on matter home difficult a customer is.the other thing was the daily target it pushed me to go for more than what was set for me to me and I liked how we worked well together with my colleagues.

Pros: The company is a very good company it has a lot of work and opportunities for promotions it just needs a focused person
Cons: The company's working hours are long and even on holidays the shop is up and running.
